Bollard semi automatic
Semi-automatic bollards are suitable for high security but low frequency access control systems. Considering the economy, it is usually used together with automatic bollard with the same appearance. It provides high security protection while avoid of complex strong/weak current construction. As the safety requirement increases, the cylinder’s size becomes bigger, and the built-in pressure assistant system can afford more loads.

Access is blocked by raising the semiautomatic bollard. The bollard is raised using a confidential key, which limits access to the key holder and to firemen having a hose spanner in the case of a triangular lock.
To raise the bollard, proceed as follows:
i. Insert the key in the lock. The key must be inserted fully home to avoid damage to the lock.
ii. Lightly press your foot on the post head. The post head should slightly sink into the ground.
iii. Keep the post head depressed and turn the key clockwise.
iv. When the key is at its limit of travel, release the bollard.
v. The bollard starts rising. You can remove the key.
Access is unblocked by lowering the bollard. The same key is used.
To lower the bollard, proceed as follows (See the diagram below):
i. Insert the key in the lock. The key must be inserted fully home to avoid damage to the lock.
ii. Turn the key clockwise.
iii. When the key is at its limits of travel, press your foot on the bollard.
iv. The bollard starts lowering. You can remove the key.
v. When the bollard is in the down position, a sound indicates that the bollard is locked.
